**Packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by owner for good cause shown.**

***For The safety of all dogs, boarding dogs should be dropped off in the AM. Young, Hyper dogs should not come into a tired dog pack in the afternoon.

*** Pick up for boarding dogs is by noon on day of departure otherwise there will be a half day fee for daycare.
